1. Submit a Design Service Request
The initial request helps us determine if our company is a good match for your business needs. If so, we will respond via email to set up an introductory call.
2. Introductory Call & Our Team Sends the Official Proposal
We will set up a call to learn more about your brand. After our introductory call, we will send an official proposal through our COVA Client Portal. The proposal will lay out the timeline, design options, and service fee. You can select which proposal option works best for your brand.
3. You Sign the Contract
Once we receive your proposal selection, we will send you the official contract for the agreed-upon design services via your COVA Client Portal. Once signatures are received, we will begin working immediately.
4. We Design your Brand
Our design team begins crafting your brand identity and executing on your desired needs. We work closely with you throughout this process. At the end, we will complete a brand debrief upon the final delivery of your designs.
